We are the team on site,
not the layer above it.
Our crew loads in, rigs the truss, sets the LED, flies the audio, focuses the lights and runs the cue sheet. Registration desks, breakout rooms, camera positions and the stream are planned in the same room as the stage design, by the people who will be standing behind it on the day.
That is the whole point of the model: when the agenda moves at 09:40, one company changes the run of show, the graphics, the camera cut and the webcast — without a supplier call in between.
